At Vooban, we build end-to-end agentic systems for a major partner in a highly regulated industry. Coding agents that consume structured specs and generate code, tests, and documentation. Design agents that produce traceable architecture diagrams. Analysis agents that turn meeting transcripts into formal requirements. In this environment, governance and security are not optional. They are the foundation.
As Tech Lead, your role is to see the whole system. Not just your own agent, but the entire chain. Spotting where the bottleneck shifts, standardizing practices across teams that don't share the same level of maturity, and coaching three audiences at once: business analysts and architects bringing GitHub Copilot and Claude Code into their daily work, senior developers who know more than you about their stack but who need to change how they work, and your own team that you level up technically every day. It's as much about change management as it is about the tech.
We're looking for someone with 7 to 10 years of experience in software development, including 1 to 2 years with LLMs in real production. You have strong command of Python, solid expertise in agent orchestration, and cloud experience, ideally AWS. What makes the difference: your ability to influence without hierarchical authority, to coach people with more years of experience than you, and to stay credible. The role requires a regular presence at our Quebec City or Montreal offices, with availability at the client site.
