Your profile
- 5 years of professional experience after your studies, including solid experience managing a technical team
- Management is your playground: you make clear decisions and stand behind them, even when it's tough
- A positive leader who rallies the team and stays calm under pressure
- You have a strong development background: you may not code anymore, but you understand what your team goes through and can credibly challenge a technical decision
- Known for striking a great balance between business goals and the human side
- You communicate with clarity and give direct feedback, delivered with kindness
- DEC or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and comfortable enough with tools like JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, React, React Native, .NET Core, .NET, Mongo, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD, Azure, AWS, GCP, and Serverless to hold a credible conversation with your team

4-day weeks, all year long!

You can choose between 35, 37.5 or 40-hour weeks. What’s more, each hour of overtime will be paid!

Patates Dolbec is the largest potato producer in eastern Canada. By implementing AI in their sorting machine, we have fully automated their quality control process, as well as avoided the waste of nearly 500,000 pounds of potatoes per year!

Did you know that threat detection on pipelines is currently done by pilots, who must fly over hundreds of kilometres while inspecting the infrastructure for potential dangers. The application we’re working on helps the pilot detect, validate, and report potential threats that the human eye and brain cannot process consistently.
Flyscan allowed us to try all sorts of new methodologies and to carry out their project the way we wanted!
