You don't help clients buy projects. You help them make better decisions.
DESCRIPTION
What You're Here to Do
You enjoy talking with C-level executives just as much as digging into an architecture diagram? Here's a role where you get to do both, without getting lost in 14 committees and 28 pointless PowerPoints. You're involved from the very first discussions, not parachuted in at the end to "make an architecture slide." We want your judgment, not just your execution. You work closely with sales, our AI/BI/software experts, and the delivery teams. You navigate complex political environments, but never alone, we're there with you. When something gets stuck (politics, unclear objectives, poorly managed risks), we deal with it for real instead of burying it in Jira.
In short: you help clients make better decisions, not just buy projects.
What You'll Drive
- Meet with C-level executives (CTO, CIO, VP, CEO) to understand the real business issues, not just the IT shopping list
- Facilitate co-creation workshops to build a long-term technology vision and a solid, realistic transformation roadmap
- Define key initiatives, identify where real value is created, and align them with the client's strategy
- Build robust business cases: ROI, risks, benefits, no fluff
- Lead responses to complex RFPs/RFIs and structure end-to-end solution proposals
- Coordinate proofs of concept (PoCs) with internal experts to validate feasibility before promising the moon
- Guide clients on the technologies involved (AI, BI, software): strengths, limitations, organizational impacts and pitfalls to avoid
- Act as a strategic partner to the sales team and influence account strategy
- Present the vision, roadmap and business cases to executive decision-makers, with clarity and confidence
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in pre-sales or solution architecture with Enterprise clients
- Experience with complex sales cycles: RFP/RFI, PoC, modernization, multi-unit or multi-million dollar projects
- Ability to speak both business and technical language, with clarity and altitude
- Good read on political dynamics and ability to adapt messaging to different stakeholders
- Natural talent for making complex topics accessible
- An analytical, structured mindset focused on creating real value
- Curiosity for technology (AI, BI, modernization, digital transformation) and the ability to tell hype from impact

- Azure
Did you know that threat detection on pipelines is currently done by pilots, who must fly over hundreds of kilometres while inspecting the infrastructure for potential dangers. The application we’re working on helps the pilot detect, validate, and report potential threats that the human eye and brain cannot process consistently.
Flyscan allowed us to try all sorts of new methodologies and to carry out their project the way we wanted!
