Canada's leader in applied artificial intelligence, Vooban supports major institutions through their technology transformation by sharing what already makes us strong: applied AI, agentic architectures and the industrialization of software development. Our role isn't just about delivering advanced systems, but also about passing on our know-how. We help our partners' teams adopt the methods, architectures and practices that fully leverage AI in their technology processes. Beyond contributing your expertise by designing agentic solutions for our clients, you'll support their teams as their software development practices evolve through AI and agentic systems. You'll act as an agentic expert, developer and technical coach all at once, guiding teams toward modern, AI-powered development practices. The goal is ambitious: significantly increase development velocity at our clients and transform the way organizations deliver software, in a highly regulated environment.
What You'll Drive
- Design agentic architectures able to understand complex business specifications and generate high-quality deliverables (code, tests, documentation)
- Industrialize the SDLC through a Spec-Driven approach, automating technology delivery chains to increase production velocity
- Develop and operate robust APIs that bridge business needs and automated technical execution
- Act as technical lead within mixed squads (agile pods) to accelerate the adoption of agentic workflows among seasoned developers
- Ensure the governance and ethics of every agent: explainability, transparency and security by design, with the highest compliance standards
- Work in a collaborative model, closely partnering with cybersecurity experts, data architects and business domain leads
Your Profile
- Advanced mastery of agent orchestration frameworks: LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen or proprietary solutions
- Coding agents: Claude Code (super important, must be well mastered), Codex, OpenCode, Amp
- Solid development in Java and/or GoLang, Python, Node.js - microservices architectures and CI/CD pipelines
- AWS cloud expertise: Landing Zone environments and Bedrock services (important asset)
- RAG architectures and vector databases, integration and fine-tuning of leading-edge LLMs (Claude, GPT-4, Llama 3)
- 3 to 5 years of professional software development experience, including 1 to 2 years deploying LLM solutions
- Experience in highly regulated environments (finance, insurance, healthcare) - mastery of security and compliance standards

Patates Dolbec is the largest potato producer in eastern Canada. By implementing AI in their sorting machine, we have fully automated their quality control process, as well as avoided the waste of nearly 500,000 pounds of potatoes per year!

Did you know that threat detection on pipelines is currently done by pilots, who must fly over hundreds of kilometres while inspecting the infrastructure for potential dangers. The application we’re working on helps the pilot detect, validate, and report potential threats that the human eye and brain cannot process consistently.
Flyscan allowed us to try all sorts of new methodologies and to carry out their project the way we wanted!
